THE BUTTERFLY EFFECT

Experience the World’s biggest celebration of female movement with The Butterfly Effect! In our ninth season, we are bringing you 14 incredible events across 3 countries that promise to be the highlight of the year.

The Butterfly Effect competition is an all-female functional fitness competition for Teams of 3, with a new and exciting format!

Teams will compete in 4 workouts across the span of the day. Workouts are released a few months before the event so you have lots of time to practice. We have divisions suitable for the novice athlete all the way to the most advanced.

We are proud to announce that we support the Butterfly Foundation, a cause close to our hearts. With every registration sold, $10 will be donated to the foundation. By joining us, you’ll not only be part of an incredible movement but also contribute to funding vital programs and services against negative body image and eating disorders
