  • 5 Front Squats @ 45KG
  • 5 Shoulder to Overhead @ 45KG
  • 10 Chest to Bar

INTERMEDIATE / MASTERS

  • 5 Power Cleans @ 35KG
  • 5 Front Squats @ 35KG
  • 5 Shoulder to Overhead @ 35KG
  • 10 Pull Ups (Masters may substitute 20 ring rows: 2 ring rows = 1 reps)

BEGINNERS

  • 5 Power Cleans @ 25KG
  • 5 Front Squats @ 25KG
  • 5 Shoulder to Overhead @ 25KG
  • 10 Ring Rows
